Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions using applicable therapeutic techniques that cater to diverse clients.

• Utilize evidence-based assessments to understand client needs and create detailed treatment plans that outline specific goals and interventions.

• Provide crisis intervention services, including immediate suicide risk assessments and coordinating appropriate hospitalizations when necessary.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation concerning all client interactions, adhering to legal and ethical requirements.
\n
• Engage in multidisciplinary teamwork by collaborating with psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Participate in the formulation and implementation of clinical policies, procedures, and best practices that align with our organizational goals.

• Attend ongoing training and professional development activities to advance skills and remain current with industry trends.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied clientele, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, substance use disorders, and more. Our clients often face complex social and emotional issues that require nuanced understanding and intervention. You will provide support in a manner that respects cultural diversity and individual circumstances, ensuring that care is tailored and effective.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current LCSW license in the state of New Jersey.

• At least two years of direct clinical experience in mental health counseling as a licensed social worker.

• Demonstrated proficiency in implementing evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to navigate complex issues within a diverse population.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a remote work environment, particularly with telehealth platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, you will receive a signing bonus to welcome you to our team.
