Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather information on clients’ mental health concerns, personal strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individualized, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update personalized treatment plans that include specific goals and intervention strategies tailored to each client's needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, school counselors, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and assist in safety planning to address immediate client needs effectively.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enhance community support and engagement.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes while adhering to all ethical and legal standards.

Your work will primarily focus on children and adolescents within the educational system, addressing challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
