Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide evidence-based clinical interventions to clients facing serious emotional and mental health challenges, focusing on holistic and client-centered care.

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations, including rapid screenings and in-depth assessments, to understand client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Create and implement integrated care plans that involve continuous communication and information exchange among clients, family members, and healthcare providers.

• Participate in crisis intervention and coordinate care to ensure that clients receive timely and appropriate support.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring that all treatment services are aligned with client goals.

• Monitor client progress throughout their treatment journey, adjusting care strategies as necessary.

• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational policies while maintaining client confidentiality.

• Document all sessions and interventions in a timely manner to support continuity of care and compliance with reporting requirements.

• Contribute to the agency’s quality improvement initiatives by participating in committees and utilizing feedback to enhance service delivery.

• Provide on-call coverage as needed to address acute client needs after program hours.

The primary focus of this role is to provide support to clients experiencing significant mental health challenges, including symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders. Qualifications\n

The competitive salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
