Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand each client’s mental health concerns, strengths, resources, and overall situation.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care approaches.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate measurable goals and tailor interventions to meet specific client needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure all aspects of a client’s well-being are addressed.

• Facilitate psychoeducational classes, group therapy sessions, and support groups, promoting skills that empower clients in their mental health journey.

In this role, you will primarily engage with clients receiving hospice care, including individuals experiencing significant emotional distress related to illness, grief, or loss. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
