Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify clients’ mental health and substance use needs, utilizing appropriate evaluation tools and methodologies.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs based on assessment findings, ensuring alignment with their recovery goals.

• Facilitate therapeutic services including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based interventions to foster progress.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure continuity of care and compliance with organizational standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
