We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to join our McAlister team. This role is vital in ensuring operations and excellent client service within our programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Uphold and promote the mission, philosophy, values, and direction of McAlister Institute.
- Provide administrative support to the Program Manager and program staff.
- Answer phones and provide front desk/reception coverage.
- Schedule client orientations and follow up on attendance.
- Prepare and manage documentation including letters, reports, and certificates.
- Maintain client flow logs, peer review logs, and UA (drug testing) logs.
- Assemble orientation packets and update program resources materials.
- Order supplies and maintain supply inventory and storage.
- Maintain and archive client files; ensure proper file breakdown and organization.
- Ensure a clean, welcoming, and safe facility environment.
- Perform other duties as needed.
- Minimum 2 years of administrative/clerical experience with demonstrated attention to detail.
- Strong computer and paperwork skills; ability to manage documentation and records effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management, organizational, and teamwork abilities.
- Bilingual proficiency is highly preferred.
- Compliance with all agency and contract requirements related to trainings, public health, certifications, and reporting.
- Ability to pass all pre-employment screening, including references, education verification, a criminal background check with at least one year clear of probation or parole, a drug test, and a negative TB test.
- Must have reliable transportation.
