Job Duties

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and formulate individualized therapy strategies aimed at achieving their specific functional goals
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based practices to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and everyday living tasks
• Engage with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work seamlessly with OTs, PTs, STs, medical professionals, and nurses to provide comprehensive and integrated care
• Educate Patients and Caregivers: Train patients and their families on therapeutic approaches to foster continued progress outside of sessions
• Monitor and Document Progress: Continuously evaluate clinical developments and modify treatment plans to ensure patients remain on track

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Commitment to ongoing education and professional certifications encouraged and supported

Licenses

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory
