Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions via video chat in an ethical and empathetic manner.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who present a variety of mental health concerns. Your clients may be dealing with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, or the direct aftermath of trauma. Your goal will be to empower them through effective therapeutic strategies, enhancing their quality of life and promoting resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.

• No provisional or limited licenses accepted; candidates must be fully licensed to practice independently.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Your earnings range from USD 90,000 to USD 104,000 per year, depending on the number of hours you work and your specific scheduling preferences. In addition, for full-time counselors, we provide a monthly healthcare stipend to support your well-being as you support others.
