Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and family therapy sessions, adapting therapeutic techniques to meet clients' specific needs.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation, including clinical notes and treatment progress reports, in accordance with established policies and procedures.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and evaluate comprehensive treatment plans, including discharge and aftercare strategies based on each client's psychosocial assessment.

• Engage in crisis intervention as needed, assessing and addressing emotional and behavioral issues impacting client wellbeing.
\n
• Consult with families and support systems to optimize treatment outcomes and ensure a continuum of care.

• Actively participate in ongoing professional development through workshops, trainings, and team feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as a licensed therapist at Safe Ground, you will work with a varied client population consisting of individuals, couples, and families facing a range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Our practice emphasizes a client-centered approach that respects diversity and fosters an environment of cultural competency, ensuring that all clients receive respectful and tailored support.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.

• Current, valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases independently and work collaboratively.

• Proficiency in electronic health record systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation and Benefits\n
