Case Facilitation and Pro Bono Network Project Manager

Role Description

ICF seeks a Case Facilitation and Pro Bono Network Project Manager to work on a national technical assistance project. The goal of the project is to support and enable legal representation to Unaccompanied Children across the country. The Operations Project Manager will use his/her expertise to implement an effective strategy to manage the operations of the legal service provider network, including:

• Aligning, tracking, and managing workflows both at facilities and post-release
• Ensuring continuity of services
• Overseeing case matching and referrals post-release

The Case Facilitation and Pro Bono Network Project Manager will also be responsible for:

• Coordinating recruitment and monitoring of a pro-bono attorney network
• Working closely with legal service provider organizations to refer and match cases to pro bono attorneys
• Setting up and implementing processes for pro bono case tracking

The successful candidate has broad knowledge of project management and will work closely with and under the oversight of the Provider Network Manager and Deputy Director. The candidate will have the ability to partner with:

• The client
• Legal network directors
• Onsite facility staff

The Project Manager will manage a team to facilitate the work outlined above.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years professional project management experience, including managing projects, tasks, deliverables, staff supervision, and budget oversight
• A minimum of 3 years demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder and partner relationships, including balancing multiple perspectives/needs
• A minimum of 3 years of experience working with immigrating children and families
• Bachelor’s Degree plus 5 years of management experience or Master’s Degree plus 2 years of management experience

Requirements

• Project Management Professional or similar certification
• Experience working for a refugee program or unaccompanied children program
• Working knowledge of the unaccompanied children’s program
• Proficient in use of Smartsheet, Power BI, or similar applications
• Master’s degree in social work, public administration, or other advanced degree in a related field
