The Director, Corporate Affairs is a key member of the extended leadership team, serving as the custodian of Trex's corporate reputation. Responsible for leading, developing, and implementing a compelling global communications agenda, both internal and external, to support the overall Trex business strategy and to enhance business performance. The Director of Corporate Affairs ensures alignment of messaging across all stakeholders to support the company's brand, reputation, and business objectives. The Director of Corporate Affairs also identifies opportunities to improve external impact and is responsible for crisis management.

Direct Reports:

Manage and provide ongoing performance, coaching, and professional development opportunities for a team of about 5 direct reports.

Experience: We are looking for leaders with a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related field and 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, investor relations, or public relations. Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven track record of leading integrated communications strategies at the executive level.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience successfully leading cross-functional projects or other corporate initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience managing high-stakes communications, including crisis and reputation management.
• Experience interfacing with media, investors, and community leaders.
• Demonstrated track record of leadership and team development.

• Strategic enterprise-level thinker with the ability to execute tactically.
• Skilled at navigating complex stakeholder environments.
• Intellectual curiosity and ability to quickly understand changing business dynamics.
