Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for patients with orthopedic conditions, assessing their mobility, strength, and functional abilities.
• Develop and implement targeted treatment plans tailored to each individual's needs, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Administer a range of therapeutic techniques, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities like ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients thoroughly about injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and personalized home exercise programs to foster independence.
• Work closely with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and enhance patient recovery.
• Maintain compliant and accurate patient records, ensuring adherence to all healthcare regulations and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role focuses primarily on orthopedic patients recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Our diverse patient population includes a wide age range, from young athletes to older adults requiring rehabilitation for conditions such as arthritis, post-surgery recovery, and musculoskeletal disorders. As a clinician, your expertise will directly contribute to the enhanced mobility and overall well-being of these individuals.

Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy (MPT) from an accredited institution.
• An active Physical Therapist (PT) license in New Jersey.
• At least 3-4 years of relevant clinical experience, particularly in outpatient orthopedic settings.
• Extensive knowledge of orthopedic assessment methods, treatment strategies, and patient care planning.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills that facilitate effective collaboration with colleagues and patients.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 110,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
