Key Responsibilities\n

• Participate actively in Child and Family team meetings, contributing to treatment planning discussions and case reviews aimed at ensuring comprehensive and individualized care for clients.

• Conduct thorough client assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that include measurable goals and strategies. Document treatment updates and prepare discharge reports while adhering to agency and licensing requirements.

• Maintain a high standard of confidentiality and safeguard client records with the utmost care to protect sensitive information.

• Leverage your expertise to effectively diagnose behavioral and emotional issues in children, adolescents, and their families, applying evidence-based methodologies for treatment.

• Work collaboratively with other mental health professionals to implement effective interventions and update treatment strategies based on ongoing evaluations and client feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on addressing the needs of children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and relational challenges. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania.
