Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments with clients to evaluate their mental health status, documenting findings accurately using our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices, consistently reviewing and adjusting strategies as needed to ensure optimal care.

• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions, employing culturally responsive techniques to foster an inclusive therapeutic environment.

• Provide clients with practical tools and coping strategies to help them overcome challenges related to mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and substance abuse.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, making timely referrals as necessary to support comprehensive client care.

• Document session notes promptly and maintain accurate client records while adhering to ethical and confidentiality standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele facing a range of challenges—from those experiencing mood disorders and anxiety disorders to individuals dealing with substance use disorders and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Georgia is mandatory.

• Strong clinical training and a minimum of four years of related experience working in mental health settings, demonstrating expertise in addressing various therapeutic needs.

• Deep understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and cultural competence in delivering therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
