Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illness or severe emotional disorders, both in-office and within the community.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings, and when necessary, arrange for more extensive assessments to evaluate client needs comprehensively.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans tailored to individual client needs, ensuring seamless access to services and communication among clients, families, and healthcare providers.

• Carry a manageable caseload of clients, delivering individual, group, and family therapy sessions focused on addressing specific presenting issues.
\n
• Engage in crisis intervention efforts as required, effectively assessing and responding to urgent situations to ensure client safety.
\n
• Monitor client progress and outcomes, ensuring timely adherence to treatment plans, admission criteria, continued stay, and discharge protocols.
\n
• Complete all required documentation, reports, and submissions accurately and on time, contributing to effective case management.
\n
• Participate actively in team meetings and committees aiming at quality improvement and enhancing service delivery within the agency.

• Provide on-call coverage as needed during and after program hours, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with diverse populations who face various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. This role demands cultural competence and an ability to engage with individuals from varying socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active LCSW license to practice in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The expected salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
