Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering strong working relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular client meetings to assess progress, discuss stability, manage upcoming appointments, and facilitate safe discharge processes when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of clients.

• Document comprehensive progress notes and treatment records for each client, ensuring all relevant information is accurately captured.

• Carry out initial intake assessments to understand client needs and determine appropriate treatment strategies.

• Participate in weekly individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and contribute to professional development.

• Engage collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or related field is required.
