Key Responsibilities\n

• Individual and Family Therapy: Conduct therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families dealing with relationship issues, trauma, anxiety, and depression, utilizing evidence-based methodologies tailored to each client’s needs.

• Assessment and Diagnosis: Perform thorough psychological assessments, craft individualized treatment plans, and conduct diagnostic evaluations consistent with industry best practices to facilitate effective therapeutic interventions.

• Therapeutic Interventions: Implement a variety of evidence-based techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), structural family therapy, and solution-focused therapy, to address the unique requirements of each client.

• Collaboration and Coordination of Care: Engage with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive and integrated care for all clients, ensuring holistic treatment approaches.

• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records in compliance with state laws, ethical standards, and clinic policies, ensuring all documentation is completed timely.

• Crisis Intervention: Offer immediate support during crises, utilizing your skills to assist clients in navigating acute emotional distress while implementing necessary safety measures.

• Mentorship and Supervision: If applicable, provide supervision and guidance to clinical interns or less experienced staff, fostering their professional development and enhancing clinical practice within the team.

Qualifications\n

• Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience in an outpatient or clinical setting, with a strong foundation in providing therapeutic services to diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
