Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to develop care and treatment plans that address individual mental health needs, including pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies.

• Ensure detailed and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and regulatory compliance standards.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and methodologies as prescribed by the clinical team to enhance accuracy in client assessments.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to establish and implement positive behavior support plans that cater to the diverse needs of our clientele.

• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation activities to maintain high-quality service delivery standards.

• Serve as a critical liaison between clients and various service systems, state agencies, and community organizations to facilitate access to necessary resources.

• Foster and maintain effective communication channels with clients, enhancing trust and ensuring alignment with treatment goals.

• Develop strategic partnerships with local, state, federal, and private entities to expand program visibility and secure essential funding opportunities.
