Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health conditions and develop tailored treatment plans that address individual needs.

• Engage in regular communication with physicians and other healthcare providers to report on client progress, discuss concerns, and determine necessary adjustments to care.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation, including clinical and progress notes, ensuring compliance with all organizational and legal standards.

• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals to create comprehensive discharge planning that supports the transition and continued success of clients post-treatment.

• Actively participate in community outreach initiatives, leading efforts to raise awareness of mental health issues and promote available resources.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and other methods as appropriate for client needs.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
