Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric or psychosocial assessments, including mental status exams, to evaluate the needs of patients.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique circumstances and treatment goals, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate various therapeutic modalities including individual counseling, couples and family therapy, and group therapy sessions, paying special attention to psychoeducation and skill-building.
\n
• Utilize problem-solving techniques, role-playing, and modeling to enhance patients' social skills and assertiveness, promoting healthier relationships and community involvement.
\n
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient encounters within an electronic health record system, adhering to organizational policies to ensure compliance and quality care.
\n
• Evaluate patient outcomes by measuring therapeutic effectiveness and adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on regular reviews.
\n
• Engage and collaborate with other members of the patient’s clinical team and referral sources to coordinate care effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients experiencing mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related disorders, and co-occurring conditions. Your role will be critical in providing support to individuals facing complex life situations and family dynamics, making a tangible impact on their mental health journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field is required.

• Must possess an active and unrestricted license in the State of Washington as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of three years of experience providing direct patient care in a counseling or therapeutic role is necessary.
\n
• Strong written communication skills are essential, particularly for documenting assessments and treatment plans.

• Exceptional time management skills to balance patient care with administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience utilizing electronic health record systems for tracking patient progress and documentation.
