Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a supportive and welcoming atmosphere that encourages open communication and healing.

• Monitor and document client progress thoroughly in our electronic health record (EHR) system, maintaining accurate records that inform treatment plans and actions.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and physicians, to coordinate care for clients requiring advanced treatment or hospitalization.

• Engage with family members of clients, providing them with appropriate resources, techniques, and support tools to assist their loved ones effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with adults facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other related disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.

• A current Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) certification in Washington State is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
