This remote position offers a flexible work setting where you can deliver therapeutic services through telehealth. Heartford’s outpatient model ensures that you can provide care conveniently and efficiently, making mental health services accessible to individuals who might otherwise face barriers to treatment. Your work hours will be Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a work-life balance that prioritizes your well-being.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs, tailoring interventions to meet individual circumstances and goals.

• Provide remote behavioral health services to clients and facilitate group therapy sessions, fostering community and shared experiences.

• Utilize an electronic health record (EHR) and practice management system to accurately document client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes.

• Deliver culturally sensitive care that acknowledges and respects the diverse backgrounds and identities of all clients, ensuring inclusivity in treatment approaches.

• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, offering immediate support and connecting clients with appropriate resources to ensure their safety and wellbeing.

• Maintain ongoing collaboration with interdisciplinary professionals and support staff to enhance the comprehensive care process.

• Stay abreast of the latest mental health treatment developments, incorporating evidence-based practices to continually improve care quality.

Within this role, you will serve a diverse clientele from various backgrounds. This population may include individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• An active, unrestricted, and current license to practice as an LCSW in the state of California.

• Strong clinical skills with experience in assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic intervention.

• Ability to stay organized and manage client scheduling efficiently using electronic systems.

• Proficiency in completing thorough and timely progress notes following client sessions, ensuring high-quality documentation of care.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Heartford Mental Health Solutions offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, our robust benefits package includes:
