Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of students to determine their mental health needs, strengths, and challenges.

• Provide tailored individual, family, and group therapy sessions, leveraging techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing based on each student’s unique context.

• Create and implement detailed treatment plans that define specific goals, selected interventions, and expected progress, continually adjusting plans based on feedback and observed outcomes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including educators and school nurses, to ensure cohesive treatment strategies and comprehensive care for each student.

• Conduct crisis intervention services when necessary, performing risk assessments and crafting safety plans during critical situations.

• Advocate for students' psychosocial needs within the school community and connect families to vital external resources and case management support.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives aimed at increasing mental health awareness and promoting available resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will be working primarily with school-aged children and adolescents, many of whom may face significant barriers to accessing mental health care. Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience. In addition, new hires will be eligible for a sign-on bonus.
