Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather essential information about each client's mental health needs, strengths, and areas for potential growth.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Craft and implement personalized treatment plans that include specific goals and interventions tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide comprehensive and coordinated care for our clients.

• Assist in crisis intervention and risk assessment to ensure the safety and well-being of clients, utilizing strategic safety planning as needed.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all clinical interactions, adhering to strict ethical and legal guidelines.

• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to foster community and holistic healing among clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
