Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, allowing you to create a comfortable workspace while harnessing modern telehealth tools to communicate effectively with clients. You will work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing consistent support and availability to your clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand each client's unique situation and needs.

• Compile detailed clinical summaries that inform treatment decisions and strategies, ensuring a well-rounded approach to care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress using electronic health records, facilitating seamless communication and care continuity.

The clients you will serve at Noticing Growth Therapy, LLC come from diverse backgrounds, each with unique experiences related to mental health and substance use. You will work with adults and adolescents, addressing a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active License as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 115,000 to 120,000 annually, reflective of experience and qualifications.
