Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive Psychosocial Assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and histories, ensuring that each patient is evaluated thoroughly.

• Craft and implement tailored treatment plans that incorporate measurable goals, regularly reviewing and adjusting these plans to reflect progress and changes in the client’s situation.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of patient interactions, assessments, and progress notes, adhering to all regulatory guidelines and best practices.

• Monitor the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions and modify techniques based on patient feedback and observed outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary care teams and external partners, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care that optimally supports client recovery journeys.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily support adults and adolescents dealing with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required to ensure a solid foundation in therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Successful Living, Ltd offers a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
