Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LPC, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to create tailored therapy plans for clients.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, groups, couples, and families, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team comprising social workers and psychiatric providers to ensure holistic care for each client.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and accountability.
