Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms, ensuring a safe and professional environment for clients.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate tailored treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and ongoing client feedback, taking into account each client's unique situation and needs.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that documentation reflects treatment progress and client interactions.

• Collaborate closely with fellow team members, including psychiatrists and administrative staff, to ensure seamless care transitions and high-quality service delivery.

• Stay current with developments in mental health practice and teletherapy, continuing to enhance skills and knowledge through professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Salt & Light Therapy, you will serve a diverse clientele, addressing a range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. Our innovative telehealth approach allows you to connect with clients across California, making a significant difference in their mental health journeys from the comfort of their homes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license issued by the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing mental health counseling in a clinical setting.
