Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be expected to:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health and relationship issues, establishing personalized treatment plans that reflect their individual needs and goals.

• Facilitate both individual and joint therapy sessions with couples and families, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address complex dynamics.

• Specialize in various clinical areas including, but not limited to, alcohol abuse, grief and loss issues, family conflicts, and communication difficulties, ensuring that all family members feel heard and supported.

• Guide clients through challenging topics such as separation, divorce, and the adjustment processes, offering compassionate support and effective coping strategies.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records using our advanced digital systems, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to enhance treatment effectiveness, dedicating yourself to continuous learning and professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will encompass a diverse array of clients, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will work with individuals and families navigating relationship strains, trauma, and significant life transitions. Qualifications\n

To be a successful member of our team, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A current and active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Florida.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience\n

We prefer candidates with a minimum of two years of post-licensure experience working in a clinical setting that supports family and marital therapy. Experience with telehealth services is a significant advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n
