This position is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within California. Our team operates within a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, which allows for work-life balance while meeting the therapeutic needs of our clients. In this role, you will connect with colleagues virtually and utilize advanced telehealth technologies to conduct sessions and share insights, ensuring seamless collaboration and continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health and psychosocial needs, identifying appropriate community resources and services.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are responsive to client goals and needs, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Document client medical histories, treatment progress, and clinical outcomes to maintain high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.

• Must hold a current, valid license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this mental health counseling position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
