Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms, providing therapeutic support tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Monitor and document patient progress within their treatment plans, ensuring that all progress notes are legible, completed by the end of your shift, and reflective of patients' advancements towards their goals.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and update patient treatment plans, offer insights based on observations, and advocate for appropriate therapeutic services.

• Assist patients with personal needs when indicated, ensuring they feel supported and heard during their therapy sessions.

• Provide a thorough orientation for clients and their families, explaining the therapy process, session expectations, and available resources.

• Demonstrate strong time management skills, setting priorities effectively to deliver timely care without compromising quality.

• Utilize crisis intervention techniques as needed, reporting any significant behavioral changes to the clinical team and developing appropriate action plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including adults, children, and families, who present a wide variety of mental health challenges. Your role is pivotal in guiding clients through their therapeutic journeys, helping them navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, with demonstrable skills in providing therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our organization offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
