Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and establish effective treatment goals.

• Develop and implement individualized, person-centered recovery plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Monitor clients' progress continually and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Facilitate skill-building sessions focusing on coping strategies, problem-solving, and effective communication techniques.
\n
• Educate clients about community resources and services, acting as an advocate in connecting them to support systems vital for their recovery.

• Engage in regular case consultations and team meetings to discuss client needs, progress, and any adaptive techniques that can enhance treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of your work will be with individuals aged 18 and older who experience various mental health disorders. This includes clients with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other behavioral issues who often encounter challenges in maintaining stability in their daily lives. Your role will be pivotal in helping these individuals navigate their recovery journey, fostering an environment of trust and support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Current and valid state licensure (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent) is mandatory.

• Proven ability to practice independently without supervision and demonstrate no disciplinary actions against your license.

• Strong clinical skills with experience in direct service provision in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
