Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand clients' history, needs, and goals for therapy, enabling the development of customized treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a wide array of clients from various backgrounds, including children, adolescents, and adults facing emotional and psychological challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid license in California (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) is required.

• At least three (3) years of experience working in mental health, specifically with clients dealing with various emotional challenges.

• Demonstrated strong interpersonal abilities, including effective communication and the capacity to build rapport with clients quickly.
