Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver psychotherapy or counseling services to individuals, groups, couples, or families, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to client needs.

• Conduct thorough client interviews to gather detailed social, personal, environmental, and health information that may affect treatment.

• Evaluate client needs and develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans within your scope of practice.
\n
• Plan and coordinate programs and activities to address clients’ social and emotional needs effectively.

• Facilitate interventions for cognitive, affective, and behavioral issues, assisting with crisis resolution and providing referrals to community resources when necessary.

• Establish and nurture a therapeutic relationship built on mutual respect, acceptance, and trust with clients.

• Assess the effectiveness of treatment methodologies to ensure optimal client progress and outcomes.

• Utilize appropriate tools and assessment instruments as needed to gain insights into client conditions.

• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with established protocols.

• Manage an appropriate caseload while ensuring all case documentation reflects the services provided.

• Provide individual clinical counseling and support, adjusting strategies as required to meet evolving client needs.
