Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based individual and couples therapy to clients across various age groups, adapting your therapeutic approach to meet their unique needs.

• Maintain timely documentation, including client notes and treatment plans, in compliance with our electronic medical records (EMR) system.

• Schedule and manage ongoing appointments with clients, ensuring your calendar remains up-to-date and organized to maximize client engagement.

• Utilize our billing service for efficient claims processing, manage client and insurance accounts receivable, and conduct benefit and eligibility checks.

• Effectively address a variety of clinical presentations, utilizing your expertise to develop individualized treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW at Southeast Behavioral Health PC, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals and couples facing a range of mental health challenges. Our client population includes adolescents, adults, and families dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and trauma. Your contributions will directly enhance their quality of life, fostering personal growth and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current, active, and unrestricted LCSW license in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
