Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly live video therapy sessions with adult clients, utilizing evidence-based treatment protocols to address various emotional and psychological disorders.

• Utilize automatically administered symptom self-assessments and other digital tools to track client progress and adapt treatment plans in real time.
\n
• Maintain comprehensive and timely clinical documentation in our user-friendly therapist portal, ensuring that all notes and evaluations are up to date and in compliance with our standards.

• Administer mental health screenings and thorough assessments to accurately identify treatment needs and develop individualized care plans.
\n
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities and collaborate with colleagues to enhance service delivery and improve patient outcomes.

• Perform additional duties as assigned, contributing to team projects and initiatives aimed at improving client experiences and clinical efficiency.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population that includes adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Valid licensure in one of the following disciplines: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
