This role is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining a work-life balance that supports your mental and physical health. Scheduled work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, giving you a structured routine to manage your client load effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive and culturally sensitive assessments to understand clients' unique backgrounds, challenges, and goals.

• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans tailored to meet the specific needs of individuals, couples, and families.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to provide a variety of therapeutic modalities, empowering clients to develop coping strategies and build resilience.

• Coordinate crisis management initiatives by designing wellness strategies that include safety planning, relapse prevention, and recovery support.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans within our digital health records system.

• Participate in regular team meetings and supervision sessions to discuss caseloads, share best practices, and engage in continuous learning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse patient group, including adults and adolescents facing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and trauma. Moreover, we serve families dealing with complex dynamics and challenges, ensuring that our interventions are culturally relevant and sensitive to their unique situations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a closely related field is required.

• A current, valid license in Virginia as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC is mandatory for this role.

• Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse range of client needs, employing a strengths-based approach.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate with team members effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in a clinical setting, preferably with a focus on telehealth.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
