Customer Service Manager

RSTS Group with Coldwell Banker Global Luxury is looking for a polished, highly organized, service-minded Real Estate Client Experience Manager to help us deliver an exceptional experience for clients. We cater to luxury real estate clients throughout the Sarasota area, and we are looking for someone who understands the importance of professionalism, discretion, communication, presentation, and attention to detail. This is not a traditional real estate assistant role. This person will be the local, hands-on extension of our team, helping ensure that every client feels cared for, every property is thoughtfully prepared, and every detail is handled with pride and professionalism. The right person will enjoy being out in the field, meeting people, solving problems, coordinating details, and creating a high-touch client experience. This role is ideal for someone who is warm, proactive, trustworthy, polished, and comfortable representing a luxury real estate brand in front of clients, vendors, agents, and homeowners. The main purpose of this role is to protect the client experience while helping free the lead agent to focus on advising clients, generating new business, negotiating, and leading the team. Responsibilities include assisting with pre-listing preparation, property visits, vendor access, staging coordination, signage, lockboxes, photography and video appointments, listing readiness, open house preparation, showing support, inspection attendance, walkthroughs, client gifts, handwritten notes, mailers, errands, vacant home checks, and other local tasks connected to listings, transactions, marketing, and client care. This person will work closely with our listing and transaction manager, who handles much of the backend coordination, while this role provides local, boots-on-the-ground execution and client-facing support. A successful person in this role will help ensure that clients feel exceptionally cared for, listings are presented beautifully, vendors and appointments are handled smoothly, communication is clear, and details do not fall through the cracks. We are looking for someone who is warm, polished, professional, highly organized, proactive, resourceful, detail-oriented, trustworthy, discreet, calm under pressure, and comfortable working around high-end homes and luxury clients. This role requires reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, strong written and verbal communication skills, professional appearance and demeanor, comfort using basic technology, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts at once. Real estate experience is helpful but not required for the right person. Experience in luxury hospitality, private clubs, high-end retail, event coordination, property management, executive assistance, concierge service, or another high-touch client service role would also be a strong fit. This is a full-time role with compensation based on experience. Compensation is not commission-based and is not tied to sales volume, closings, or real estate commissions.
