Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations for clients, utilizing standardized tools to determine their mental health needs and status.

• Provide individual therapy sessions to adult clients, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities that cater to different mental health conditions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population includes a diverse range of adults experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, relationship issues, and more. As a therapist, you will work closely with clients to understand their unique circumstances and collaboratively develop effective treatment strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate strong therapeutic relationships.

• Compassionate and empathetic demeanor, combined with a non-judgmental approach to client care.

• Strong organizational skills to manage caseload and maintain accurate client records.

• No history of disciplinary actions from any licensing board.

Preferred Experience\n

While experience in a mental health counseling role is preferred, we welcome licensed therapists at all career stages who are motivated to grow in their practice. Previous experience in a telehealth environment is advantageous, though not required.
