Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to formulate individualized treatment plans that address mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders.

• Implementing effective therapeutic interventions, modifying care plans as necessary to reflect changes in patient status or emerging needs.

• Providing crisis intervention and support to clients in distress, ensuring that appropriate resources and referrals are readily available.

• Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, including physicians, social workers, and community partners, to facilitate the implementation of discharge plans and continuity of care.

• Educating clients and their families about mental health resources and available support systems, helping them navigate through the complexities of care.

• Acting as an advocate for patients, ensuring they receive the necessary support from multidisciplinary teams and external agencies.

• Maintaining compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations, as well as professional standards within the mental health practice.

• Utilizing our user-friendly platform to document progress notes and treatment plans efficiently.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Psychologist in the State of New Jersey.

• Demonstrated knowledge of community mental health resources and the ability to connect clients with appropriate services.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to build rapport with clients and their families.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
