Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting individual therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client, utilizing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Facilitating group therapy sessions that promote peer support and community building among clients.
\n
• Monitoring clients’ progress through ongoing evaluation and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet their evolving needs.

• Collaborating with caregivers to offer guidance and support in managing behavioral health challenges, enhancing family dynamics and communication.

• Proactively addressing behaviors that may hinder recovery by employing motivational interviewing techniques and other therapeutic approaches.

• Documenting sessions, tracking client progress, and ensuring compliance with state regulations in record-keeping.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
