Great Wolf Lodge in Gurnee, IL is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead all kitchen operations across our lodge venues. You will hire, train, and supervise chefs, cooks, and pack members, and ensure health codes and quality standards are met. You will develop menus, manage budgeting and costs, and collaborate with the Director of Food and Beverage to deliver exceptional guest dining experiences. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required; a strong leadership presence is #J-18808-Ljbffr Great Wolf Lodge
