Business Development Specialist

Full‑time job opportunity as a Business Development Specialist with Blue Tomorrow, LLC. The position focuses on grant writing, client communications, and marketing. Oversee general client communication. Generate leads and new opportunities. Develop grant proposal and application materials. Create marketing materials. Organize internal management systems to track funding opportunities, proposals, and client communication. Assist with content development for the company website. Expected Benefit Package Compensation: $68,000 – $80,000 annually, dependent on experience. 100% medical coverage with options for dental and vision.
