Project Coordinator A premier luxury residential construction firm is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the execution of high-end custom home projects and interior build-outs. The Project Coordinator will serve as a key in-office support resource for project management and field teams, helping coordinate schedules, documentation, procurement, and communication throughout the construction lifecycle. Candidates with experience in interior development, FF&E coordination, fit-outs, or luxury residential interiors are highly encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Coordinate project documentation, schedules, and administrative workflows for luxury residential projects Assist with procurement and tracking of materials, finishes, fixtures, and FF&E selections Support communication between project managers, superintendents, designers, vendors, and clients Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project records Coordinate deliveries, lead times, and installation schedules for interior finishes and specialty items Maintain project budgets, tracking logs, and reporting documentation Assist with project closeout, punch list coordination, and turnover documentation Support scheduling and coordination of meetings, site visits, and vendor communication Help ensure projects remain organized, on schedule, and aligned with client expectations Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in project coordination, interior development, construction administration, or related field Experience with luxury residential construction, interior fit-outs, or FF&E coordination preferred Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and finish schedules preferred Excellent communication and client-facing skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction/project management software Background in Interior Design, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field preferred This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented construction or interiors professional seeking hands-on involvement in luxury residential projects and long-term advancement within a highly respected custom home building organization.
