Project Coordinator

The Encompass Group is partnering with a growing architecture firm in Fort Worth that specializes in innovative commercial, retail, multifamily, and developer-driven projects. Their portfolio includes work with nationally recognized restaurant brands, office buildings, shopping centers, custom developments, and multifamily projects. They are seeking a Project Coordinator to join their collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is eager to learn, highly motivated, and excited to grow within the architecture industry. The ideal candidate is someone with a strong work ethic, great personality, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed. Responsibilities Support Project Managers and Architects throughout all phases of projects Coordinate project documentation, schedules, and internal communication Assist with client communication and consultant coordination Help organize drawings, submittals, and project deliverables Participate in project meetings and assist with follow-up items Learn and grow within a fast-paced architectural environment Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related industry preferred 1–2 years of experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Positive attitude with a willingness to learn Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within architecture while gaining exposure to a diverse project portfolio and an engaging company culture.
