Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs accurately, creating tailored treatment plans that guide therapeutic interventions.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing a variety of psychotherapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure a cohesive approach towards each client's treatment journey.

• Offer crisis intervention and support for clients facing acute distress or emergencies, utilizing your skills to de-escalate situations effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client caseload will include individuals from diverse backgrounds, facing a wide range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Must possess an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year , commensurate with experience and credentials.
