Looking for a talented Executive Chef / Kitchen Manager to lead a fast-paced, trendy, high-restaurant. This is a stable restaurant group that offers a competitive salary and generous performance compensation opportunities and takes great care of its managers.
Executive Chef Benefits / Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the daily kitchen operations of a cool, casual fine dining restaurant.
- Lead and develop a small team with a hands-on approach.
- Manage all BOH cost areas, Scheduling, Inventory, Purchasing, etc.
- Collaborate with the FOH team and company leadership.
- Competitive starting salary with generous Quarterly Bonus opportunity.

- An opportunity for some autonomy with menu and recipe control.
Executive Chef Requirements:
- The ability to thrive in a high volume ($3-4+ million) kitchen environment.
- Minimum of 3+ years of Kitchen Management experience. We would consider a proven Sous Chef that is ready to step up.
- Ability to manage all kitchen operations focuses on food quality, customer service, team collaboration and controlling costs.
- The ability to learn and grow with some great restaurant professionals.
- Ability to work in a hands-on, quality focused environment with a small team.
- Proven track record managing within varying sales volumes based on seasons.
