Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine clients' psychosocial needs and tailor individualized treatment plans.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and mental health specialists, to ensure integrated and holistic care for our clients.

• Participate actively in developing and implementing Interdisciplinary Treatment Plans.

• Offer therapeutic support and crisis intervention to clients and their families, enhancing coping strategies and addressing barriers to recovery.

• Monitor client progress towards treatment goals and document outcomes meticulously in compliance with all applicable Federal and State regulations.

• Provide education and resources to clients' families, fostering a supportive environment that promotes healing and understanding.

• Maintain a compassionate approach while building rapport with clients to create a safe space for open communication.

• Stay informed about best practices related to substance use disorders and mental health treatments, contributing to continuous improvement within the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals in the detoxification phase of substance use recovery. Our clients often face a range of mental health issues alongside substance use, and your expertise will be crucial in helping them address these challenges effectively. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.
\n
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.
\n
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a social work capacity, particularly in mental health and substance use treatment.

• Strong understanding of assessment, diagnosis, crisis management, and treatment planning.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport and understanding the unique needs of clients.

• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with clients, families, and fellow professionals.

• Competence in handling age-related or specialty issues relevant to the populations served.

Preferred Experience\n

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred, enabling more effective communication with our diverse client base.

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices in behavioral health and familiarity with the resources available in El Paso.

Compensation and Benefits\n
