Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Everlife, your daily responsibilities will encompass:

• Providing exceptional evidence-based psychotherapy to a diverse clientele, ensuring individualized care tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to inform personalized treatment plans, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities including individual, couples, and family therapy.

• Facilitating therapy sessions using an array of approaches to foster emotional healing and development.

• Collaborating with clients to establish actionable goals, regularly monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes.

• Maintaining accurate and compliant clinical documentation, adhering to all regulatory guidelines to support ongoing accountability and client safety.

• Utilizing an easy-to-navigate digital platform for efficient scheduling, session notes, and client management, streamlining administrative tasks to maximize your primary focus on client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients from various backgrounds, experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must possess:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Current and full licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia.

• The ability to work independently, demonstrating strong clinical judgment and ethical practice.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in a mental health setting is required, candidates with additional experience in teletherapy, trauma-informed care, or specific therapeutic modalities (e.g., cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy) will be preferred. Enthusiasm for continued education and training in emerging therapeutic approaches is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n
