Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health status through individual sessions, utilizing validated diagnostic tools and psychosocial evaluations.

• Develop, implement, and document personalized therapy plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, ensuring alignment with evidence-based practices.

• Engage clients in regular therapy sessions—whether individual or group—and provide ongoing support, guidance, and therapeutic techniques to promote their mental wellness.

• Maintain compliance with state regulations and ethical guidelines while actively participating in supervision and consultations with interdisciplinary teams.

• Facilitate referrals to additional healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, ensuring clients receive holistic support across various aspects of their health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure in New Jersey as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW).

• At least four years of relevant clinical experience providing mental health treatment and assessments.
